iPhones are generally XS or later models, unlocked, with the Add an eSIM option. Pixel 3 or later, Samsung S20 or Note20 or later, and some recent iPads may work if eSIM option is present. This list is indicative.
Plans not installed can be refunded within 30 days of issuance if the QR code was not scanned, the profile not installed, and no data used. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to installation conditions.
Top-ups are only possible for plans whose page indicates they are rechargeable. They are added to the eSIM after payment and are not separately refundable if the eSIM has already been installed.
Upon arrival, activate the Inbox eSIM line, enable data roaming on this line, and select it for mobile data. Disable data roaming on your usual line to avoid unintended charges.
What to do if Inbox doesn't work?
Check your spam folder and the address used during payment. If the eSIM is not issued within an hour, refund is automatic according to the official page. Otherwise, write to [email protected] with your order number.
Check that the phone is unlocked, connected to a normal Wi-Fi network, and has the Add an eSIM option. If the QR code was already used, check if the line is already present in settings.
Activate the Inbox eSIM line and its data roaming, select it for mobile data, disable roaming on the usual line, then restart the phone. Leave the APN on automatic mode unless otherwise indicated on the ticket.
Do not delete the eSIM. Activation before arrival may stay pending until connection to a network in the destination country. Upon arrival, activate data settings and restart the phone if necessary.
