Outstanding customer service. Purchase and setup incredibly easy with clear conditions. When one of my two SIMs stopped working abroad, support reacted in under 2 hours with a new SIM issued. Very impressed, would reuse without hesitation.
Flawless service. Traveled in Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Borneo and Brunei. The eSIM worked flawlessly everywhere. A small personal issue was instantly resolved by support via WhatsApp.
Best eSIM service. Very simple and intuitive app, huge country selection. Most do not throttle speeds on unlimited plans. It would be great to buy multiple eSIMs simultaneously in the app.
